MerNel's Review

MerNel's has become a humble institution on its own because of its mouthwateringly moist chocolate cake. The Laguna cake shop was established by Merle and Nelson Balicao, who are bakers at heart - having started out as bakers in University of the Philippines Los Baños student union cafeteria in 1971. Throughout the years, its menu has expanded to other cake flavors and shapes, other sweet pastry offerings, and customizable cake services.
