Southeast Metro Arts, Inc. is a furniture and handicraft brand known for using lahar (volcanic ash) from Mt. Pinatubo. The Aquino Ancestral House is the ancestral home of three generations of Aquinos: General Servillano Aquino, Senator Benigno Aquino Sr. and Senator Benigno Aquino Jr. The pre-war house is well-maintained and contains photos of the Aquino family, who hail from Tarlac.

Dairy Box is a community market that serves as a hub wheere dairy farmers may sell their products. The store built under the Carabao-based Improvement Network project and in collaboration with the PCC, Central Luzon State University and the local government.

Canarem Lake is a protected wetland that is popular among birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts. It covers 104 hectares and provides sanctuary to various migratory and endemic bird species.
