These frozen cookie desserts, which consist of buttercream sanwiched between cashew and meringue wafers, are sold in different flavors such as chocolate, ube, and strawberry - on top of the original favorite. While the cafe now has several branches outside of the province, the branch along Rizal Boulevard continues to be both a favorite dining and dessert spot.

Experience the flavors and bustle of Dumaguete in the public market, which is a melting point of food and culture. It is famous for its cleanliness and assortment of fresh local produce, local delicacies, and some shops.

This sustainable coffee shop is built on an advocacy whichstarted as project initiated by reformed forest destroyers of Baslay Mountain. The cafe is famous for its three-storey bamboo hut which overlooks the farm all the way out to Apo Island.

The livestock market is known for selling not just live pigs, cows, and the commonly seen livestock, but also buffaloes and goats. It is also known for its lechon (roasted pig), as well as local wet and dry goods.

The belfry takes visitors back in time, being one of the city's oldest surviving structures. It was built in the 1800s as a watch tower that lets residents warn the town of incoming pirate attacks. It stands next to the Saint Catherine of Alexandria Cathedral.

The Davao Museum of History and Ethnography contains a wealth of Southern Mindanao culture as showcased through a collection of artifacts, cultural materials, as well as educational initiatives. It was opened to the public on August 1977. On August 23, 1989, the management of the museum was transferred to the Davao Museum Foundation, Inc.

The Divine Mercy Shrine is known for its 15.24-meter statue of Jesus as the Divine Mercy. The statue overlooks Macajalar Bay as well as landscaped gardens surrounding the steps that lead up to the shrine's focal point. It also has a church topped with a gigantic crown of thorns structure, a chapel which houses a replica of the Shroud of Turin, and outdoor faucets that provide spring water believed to have healing properties. Visitors are required to wear a skirt (for females) and loose pants (for males) which are provided at the entrance to cover any tight-fitting and/or revealiing outfits as per the church's rules.

The Immaculate Parish Conception Church was declared a National Cultural Treasure in Northern Mindanao. The church has two bell towers built in the 1800s.

Museo de Oro offers visitors a glimpse at the folk culture and history of northern Mindanao. Located within Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, it is dubbed as the Philippines' first folkloric museum, which was founded in 1967 by Fr. Francisco Demetro, SJ.

It houses three main collections: The Ethnohistory of Northern Mindanao, The Ethnology of Mindanao, and the Fr. Francisco Demetrio SJ Gallery.
