Balaan Bukid Shrine is a popular pilgrimage site for Roman Catholics especially during Holy Week. It is marked by the 14 Stations of the Cross and a huge crucifix that is visible from the Iloilo City coast. It also has a lighthouse.

The Philippines' smallest plaza is found in Guimaras Island. It was once recognized by the Guinness World Records as the smallest plaza in the world. It contains a statue of Filipino National Hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal.

Meditation Hills is a peaceful place for meditation and worship. The hill contains the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, which was constructed after the visions of a grotto appeared in Atty. Jose O. Villanueva's dreams. The grotto sits at the hilltop owned by the Villanueva family.

The largest township development in Visayas, Pueblo de Panay is a 670-hectare mixed-use township development of Pueblo de Panay, Inc. (PDPI). It is the only integrated community development in the city that connects 2 of 3 highways (Lawaan and Sibaguan Highways).

Olotayan Island is an island-hopping destination near Roxas City. In the local dialect, its name is formed by the words "olo" meaning head and "tyan" meaning stomach.

The Rizal Monument is located in the Roxas City Provincial Capitol's forecourt. The American-era statue was built in dedicated to Filipino National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.
